Gary Bahadur, CEO, Founder

Mr. Bahadur is the Founder and CEO of RAZIENT and KRAA Security with over 15 years’ experience in the information security and technology industry. Mr. Bahadur was the cofounder and CIO of Foundstone, Inc. a$20M security vulnerability risk management firm with five offices in the United States and one office in Singapore and one office in India. He conducted business development, corporate strategy development, client management, information systems development, consultant management, public speaking engagements and conducted security consulting engagements for Fortune 100. Foundstone was sold to McAfee for$86 Million in 2004.  As a Senior Vice President of Bank of America, Mr. Bahadur redesigned the Global Threat Management Lifecycle strategy and Risk Forecasting strategy and was a catalyst for delivering risk mitigation strategies and solutions. Mr. Bahadur was also the President and cofounder of Ether2 Corporation managing business development, client acquisition, marketing, fund raising and the strategic direction and a Manager at Ernst & Young where he developed security practices, practice aids, work programs and education material. Gary has published three books, “Securing the Clicks”,  “Windows XP Professional Security” and “Privacy Defended: Protecting Yourself Online”.  He has published numerous information security and compliance related articles and is a frequent speaker at a number of information security conferences including ISACA, ISSA, Networld Interop, and Vanguard Security.

Stephan Barnes, VP Sales

Stephan is an Information Security veteran of over 20 years that has delivered professional services and has a long history of sales and sales management success. Stephan is a consistent top performer in both consulting and technology sales and equally adept at closing tactical opportunities or managing complex enterprise software sales requiring beta deployment. Stephan possesses strong management skills and excels at articulating and communicating sales goals and vision while maintaining a deep technical background which includes contributing author roles in best selling security texts such as “Hacking Exposed” and “Hack Notes“. Stephan has also maintained his war-dialing website www.m4phr1k.comfor over 20 years which accompanies the Hacking Exposed series of books. Most notably Stephan was VP of Sales of Foundstone where he worked with Gary and Stephan was responsible for the initial growth of professional services and the managed service Foundscan before the managed service was converted to a full enterprise product of the same company name. Stephan has worked for Northrop on the B2 Stealth bomber and other classified projects, and also Arthur Andersen and Ernst and Young in Senior Manager roles before eventually joining the team as the seventh employee of Foundstone. Post Foundstone Stephan has worked with other Foundstone like start-ups such as Symosis, Mandiant, Special Ops Security, and Ciphent.

Kevin Brady, COO
Kevin provides 20 years of Business, Operations and Technology talent to Razient. Currently, Kevin is CEO of Corporate Services, Inc., a boutique General Management and Business Process Consulting Firm specializing in technology, business process and compliance. Kevin’s background includes IT Director for a specialty Insurance Company that was acquired in 2007, Vice President at two software companies (including the world’s 3rd largest, and Partner and Practice Leader roles in consulting firms, including Big 6. Kevin has significant turnaround and growth accomplishments, has had management roles in two IPO companies, and has worked with several start-ups including the successful sale.

David Dietrich, CTO
Mr. Dietrich is currently the Chief Systems Architect for the Ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles. He holds an MBA in Marketing while bringing over 20 years of experience in all phases of product lifecycle management. From product creation, to development, to implementation, profitable product management is always at the forefront of David’s philosophy. David served as Director of Engineering at AQUA Software, a technology systems provider for the travel industry. While at AQUA, he envisioned, built and released 45 products targeted to travel companies whose revenue grossed$50 million + per year. David then served as Chief Technology Officer at HXXD, a Beijing based, Chinese multinational firm focused on homeland security. At HXXD, David pioneered the design, manufacture and implementation of SkyEyes, a facial recognition tool aimed at finding criminals, terrorists, and other persons of interest from real-time video feeds. SkyEyes is actively used daily by Beijing Capitol Airport. He is fluent in the culture and language of Mandarin Chinese.

Jack Hembrough
Jack Hembrough is the CEO of Application Security Inc and former CEO of VaporStream. He has held leadership positions at Authentica, now part of EMC; Raptor, now part of Symantec; and SafeNet, Inc. a publicly traded security technology company. Earlier in his career, Jack held sales management positions with Network Systems and with Motorola / Codex, and flew jets in the USAF. He earned a Master of Business Administration with Distinction from the Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the United States Air Force Academy. Mr. Hembrough has raised capital from Greylock, North Bridge, Kodiak, Paladin, TWVP, NorWest, Milestone and Meakem Becker.

Jose Li
Jose Li is the President at Via e * ReTAIL, a consulting company focused on retail, e-commerce, and logistics. Mr. Li formerly ran FedEx’s Retail & e-Commerce practice, a $1.5 billion dollar business of FedEx’s $40B transportation/logistics revenues. He was responsible for developing and implementing corporate-wide marketing strategy and solutions for the retail and ecommerce industry, enabling retailers to increase customer service levels, optimize their supply chains, and improve margins. Mr. Li has over 16 years of experience in the consumer products, retail, distribution, and supply chain industries, throughout the US, Latin America, and Asia. He has also held various sales, international trade, brand marketing and business development positions with Fortune 100 and start-ups like Nabisco, Exxon Mobil, Goldman Sachs, Jamba Juice and Alibaba. Mr. Li was honored as one of the 40 Executives that are helping re-shape the retail industry.

Kubs Lalchandani
Kubs Lalchandani, managing partner of Lalchandani Law, focuses his practice in the areas of cyber and social media law. He counsels clients in various industries including healthcare, technology, finance, law, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, marketing and advertising. After graduating from Cornell University in 1999, Lalchandani spent the early part of his career as a financial analyst and consultant in the technology sector for MicroStrategy, a premier business intelligence software company. In 2004, he earned a juris doctor, cum laude, from Cornell Law School, where he specialized in international legal affairs. After law school, Lalchandani became a trial attorney at the law firms of Jones Day and White & Case and also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Patricia A. Seitz, Federal District Court Judge, Southern District of Florida. Lalchandani is also counsel to – and part owner of – Derossi Global, a successful New York-based restaurant group, and serves as pro bono legal counsel to several technology start-up companies.

Patrice Coles
Experienced information security and compliance professional with a track record as a trusted consultant and manager, background includes telecommunications, networking, and security implementation of acquisitions for General Electric Company, audits of healthcare billing applications, controls, and risks, and leading the establishment, enhancement and enforcement of IT-related internal controls environment to support the company objectives of a large managed security services provider. Experience in compliance includes achieving Level 1 Merchant PCI compliance for organizations not previously compliant. Startup experience includes implementing comprehensive network and security standards and technological improvements in the aerospace, defense, and electronics industry.
