The Survey Risk Tab within the Dashboard Tab is organized into 3 columns. The Survey Risk Tab is displayed below in Figure 6. Each column displays data in tabular format and graphically:

For Column 1 and 2 select the survey name from the drop down to see results for a specific survey. Column 1, Survey Rating Results displays the rating / ranking of the survey responses– Not Implemented, Marginal, Average, Above Average and Best Practice.

Column 2, Survey Rating Results, displays key data and the response status of the survey selected from the drop down.

Column 3, All Surveys (Result Summary), displays response status for all surveys distributed – Not Started, Complete, Incomplete.
